• Legal Obligation: To comply with safety regulations, Building Regulations Part P electrical certifications for notifiable work reporting through (e.g., Napit), or tax requirements.

• Notifying Local Authority Building Control under Part P

• Submitting an application to connect for an EV charger installation to the ENA, The Energy Network Association). This is a requirement to have an ev charger installed.
